Community Gardens Grants and Funding

Grant applications will be accepted twice yearly on January 31st and July 31st.. If approved a summary of the grant request will be published in the next issue of the Association’s newsletter, Roots and Shoots, and will be presented forgeneral membership approval at the first regular Association meeting followingpublication.

By submitting this grant request the sponsor and applicant state that:

*The applicant is a not for profit entity located in Jefferson County

Alabama.

*The grant will not be used to pay any Administrative, Overhead or similar

expenses.

*The grant will not be used to pay salaries, wages or related employee

benefit expenses.

*The Applicant will provide quarterly reports to JCMGA of expenses paid

from the grant.
