The Triangle Garden
This group consisted of Honey Adams, Diane Dudney, Jeanne Jackson, Catherine Mason and Patricia Joseph. Their project was to create a Garden Respite by restoring the triangle at Yorkshire Drive and Rumson Road in Homewood.

Naming themselves the Formidable Five, they took on one task after another. They created a plan for the urban triangle; grouped the existing Dwarf Yaupon Hollies; cleaned and grouped the existing aspidistra; divided and planted daylilies from many sources; weeded, weeded, and weeded. They added Hellabores, Iris, Iberis, and Amaryllis. They cleaned and varnished the existing bench and added a peaceful stone pathway. They worked with the challenge of providing water until the plants are established. They mulched with pine straw provided by the city.

The finished Triangle was everything they planned and more.
